Would you believe that this glamorous little beverage cart has been around for over 100 years! It originated as a “tea trolly” in the late 1800’s but transitioned into what we now call “cocktail cart” or “bar cart” upon the end of prohibition. In good old fashioned celebratory style American’s swapped out tea and crumpets with whiskey and wine. This entertainment accessory became a staple piece in restaurants, offices and homes across the nation. Somewhere in the 70’s built-in wet bars became a thing and bar carts rolled right out of sight. But, not so surprisingly…they’re back! Of course, I had to have one, and after falling in love with it I bought two more! I can’t wait to go rollin’ into the holidays with this bar cart! Are you ready?

Bottoms Up on the Bottom Line!
I LOVE to host parties, and you can probably tell that I’m bonkers for bar carts! These swanky bar carts make hosting a party of all sizes so much easier. Believe it or not, the steps to hosting a party for 20 are the same for hosting a party of 200! I have an entire system down. If you didn’t get to read my last blog post titled, Secrets to Hosting a Stress-Free Dinner then click HERE! It’s here that I spell the FUNNY (and not so funny) truths about party hosting. Some of them are down right “crappy”.
Well, If this post doesn’t get you excited about hosting your next party, then I give up!
My wish is that I’ve provided you with enough material and even a little pep in your step to feel comfortable rollin’ into the holidays with your own bar cart.
